Michael J. Deboer
Michael J. DeBoer has been licensed to practice in Illinois since 1986 and has a background in both accounting and business, having been previously employed with Waste Management, Inc. He attended Calvin College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and received his B.S. (Accounting) from the University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado (1980). He earned his J.D. from IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law (with honors, 1986), is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. DeBoer practices in the areas of business law, trusts and estates, probate, nonprofit and charitable institutions, real estate, corporate law, contracts, employee benefits, and taxation.
